Prof.Dr.El Sayed Yusuf El Kady, the President of Benha University received Prof.Dr. Ashraf Al-Shehhi - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research who visited Benha University in 26\9\2016 to launch "We Love Egypt Initiative" from faculty of Arts then, they held open meeting with students to discuss several topics with them,in addition to visiting faculty of Nursing and Education to inspect the educational process.

The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) announces for the Program of “Integrated Leading Researches of Africa Agenda 2030” which offers grants of up to £90,000 for 2 years.
     The Program focuses on global environmental change, disaster risk reduction, sustainable energy, human health and well-being in urban environments as well as future earth. The Program aims to promote scientific exchange and provide opportunities for young researchers in Africa. Outstanding early career scientists will also have opportunities for career development through participation in international scientific committees and conferences, working groups, and inter-governmental policy processes.       A delegation from Benha University included Dr. Mohamed El Sayed, the Director of the University Information and Scientific Research Center and Dr. Gamal Sousa, the Supervisor of the University Hostels has participated in the15th Annual Conference of the Arab Administrative Development Organization “ARADO” under the title of “Development Agenda after 2015 in the Arab countries”. 

     In the frame of Benha University policy to develop the research outputs, the University participated in a workshop about Scival Spotlight Technology of Elsevier. The workshop was held at the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT).
