      Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, Benha University President and Dr. Muhammad Latif, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities witnessed meeting of the Supreme Council for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs for Public Universities, which was held at the headquarters of Benha University in Obour. The meeting was held in presence of Prof.Dr. Mostafa El-Naggar, President of Matrouh University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Azzouz, President of Luxor University and Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research. For his part, Dr. Gamal Sosa expressed his happiness for hosting the meeting of the Supreme Council for Graduate Studies Affairs and he welcomed all the attendants. In his speech, Dr. Gamal Sosa reviewed Benha University history, faculties, vision, mission, and scientific research capabilities, in addition to providing an overview of Al Ahlia University in Obour.For his part, Dr. Nasser El Gizawy said that the meeting discussed some topics related to the sector of postgraduate affairs and research in public universities.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research has inspected the first semester exams at the following faculties ; Science , Nursing and Agriculture . During his tour, Dr. Nasser El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim , the Faculty of Science dean , Dr.Hanaa Abd El Gawad , the Acting dean of Nursing Faculty and Dr.Mahmoud El Zabalwy , the Acting dean of Agriculture Faculty .Dr.Nasser El Gizawy confirmed during his tour on taking all measures to work on the comfort of students to perform their exams.

   On the other hand, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs has inspected the first semester exams at Faculties of Shoubra Engineering and Agriculture .During his tour, Dr. Tamer Samir was accompanied by Dr. Ayman El Shahaby , the Faculty of Shoubra Engineering dean and Dr.Mahmoud El Zabalwy , the Acting dean of Agriculture Faculty. Dr.Tamer Samir was also keen during the tour to listen to the students' opinions about the nature of exams' questions. He also commended during his tour readiness and preparations for exams and taking all measures to work on the comfort of students to perform their exams. It is worth mentioning that all inspection tours of the first semester exams comes according to Benha University President's instructions to provide a safe environment and a suitable psychological atmosphere for students to do exams and his confirmation on regularity of all work for the first semester exams at Benha University Faculties' .He also confirmed on applying all precautionary measures to preserve the health and safety of students and exam participants.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha Univesrity President continued his inspections tours to follow up the first semester exams at faculty of Commerce. Benha University President was accompanied by Prof.Dr. Samy Ghonemy, the Faculty of Commerce dean, Dr.Mohamed Khalil, the Faculty deputy for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research , Dr.Mustafa Rashid El Abady , the head of Exams Follow up Committee and Mr. Mustafa Abu El Dahab , Faculty of Commerce manager.
During his tour, Benha University President inspected exams halls and he confirmed on applying precautionary measures such as wearing masks and leaving safe distances between students. Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa was also keen during the tour to listen to the students' opinions about the nature of exams' questions. He also commended during his tour Faculty of Commerce preparations for exams and taking all measures to work on the comfort of students to perform their exams.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa , Benha University President has reviewed the annual report of the efforts of the Unified Governmental Complaints System during the last year at the level of 23 sub-units at Benha University. Benha University President assured on raising capabilities of the Unified Governmental Complaints System at Benha University to keep pace with various events and changes.
Benha University President indicated that the Unified Governmental Complaints system at Benha University had received 1,644 complaints until December 31, with a completion rate of 99%, according to the general indicator issued by the government complaints system, with an increase of 35% over the year 2020, and Benha University achieved high rates in accomplishing and resolving these complaints according to the report of the Governmental Complaints System in the Council of Ministers. Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa also explained that the development rate of receiving complaints during the last year reflects the sensitivity of the system to various events and changes, in addition to the citizens' confidence in it and to ensure that the necessary measures are taken to resolve complaints, and reduce the causes of their recurrence, which confirms that the system has become known, close to citizens and effective in the same time.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research inspected during his tour today the first semester exams of Postgraduate stage at Faculty of Law. Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy mentioned that the tour comes within the framework of the keenness of Prof. Gamal Sosa, President of Benha University, to follow up the work of the first semester exams and to provide all means of comfort and care for students and to assure the regularity of exams process of the first semester at the various faculties of Benha University.
During his tour, Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr. Reda Abd El Haleem, the Faulty of Law dean and his deputies. Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy inspected the implemented precautionary measures to protect students and employees during exams process and he assured on implementing all the precautionary measures to maintain the safety of students and workers. Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy added that the postgraduate exams began today and it is going to continue until the first week of next February, where 15,000 male and female students will take postgraduate exams.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has issued several decrees to appoint new heads of departments at several faculties as following; Dr.Naglaa Mohamed Abd El Gawad has been appointed as a head of History department at Faculty of Arts, Dr.Ibrahim Mohamed Rida has been appointed as a head of Cardiothoracic Surgery Department at faculty of Medicine and Dr.Nasser Ali Abd El Naby has been appointed as ahead of Arabic department at Faculty of Arts.
For his part,Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa congratulated them frothier new positions and hoped for them best wishes and great success.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice President for Post graduate Studies and Scientific Research announced about starting apply for the new course of International Publication and Citations Rewards, January 2022 which will be started from Monday, January 10, 2022 for two months.
He added that the papers accepted in this course are those that were published during the years 2020 and 2021, and have not been submitted during the previous courses and the number of citations will be calculated based on the last 5 years, according to the declared calculations of faculty member on Google Scholar; referring that anyone who has a Google Scholar account for paper that does not belong to him or who submitted research previously paid financial rewards for it in previous courses, will be blocked from the rewards of the University 's programs for researches support.
