The participants in "Law and Egypt's Water Security" Conference; which held under the auspices of Prof. Gamal El Saeed - Benha University "BU" President and opened by Prof. Nasser El Gizawy - BU Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs, Prof. Tamer Samir - BU Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, and Prof. Reda Abdel Halim - the Dean of the Faculty of Law; confirmed the Egyptian rights in Nile historically and legally.
The participants in the Conference also recommended the necessity of forming an Egyptian Supreme Council for Water Security from water and irrigation experts known for their scientific and practical competence and granting them all legal powers to manage the water file internally and externally.
